About
I'm Astrid — an interim HR implementation consultant based in Portugal, with strong ties to the Netherlands. I work in English and Dutch.
With experience across multiple HR systems, I currently specialise in HiBob. For the past seven years I've implemented HR systems for a fast-growing international group — the last four years hands-on with HiBob, from vendor selection through go-live across 15 countries to ongoing acquisition integrations.
I'm a certified HiBob partner. I work project-based and am available remotely or on-site in the Netherlands.
